A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall be prohibited from smoking or taking in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, or from carrying marijuana or marijuana seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in, and from growing, possessing, possessing, giving and receiving, transporting, keeping in custody, and using marijuana by any person other than a person handling marijuana.

1. On August 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered marijuana from the 111:00 on the date of the lower order on August 2012, 201; (b) collected approximately 10.5g of marijuana ( approximately 20 times of the charges 11 as it is apparent that it constitutes a clerical error; (c) collected the marijuana; and (d) stored the said marijuana in the Defendant’s CFst or other car by packaging it in the stuffed place until January 1, 2013.

2. On August 2012, the Defendant received marijuana at around 21:00 on the date of the lower order of August 2012, the Defendant received marijuana from F (former public trial held on January 29, 2013) approximately 3.53g (around seven smoking amount) of marijuana as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) from the Escopian park near the Escopian City located in Chuncheon-si.

3. Around October 2012, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) around 18:00 as of the beginning of October 2012; (b) around 1703, G apartment 110 Dong-si, 1703 H (former Public Trial, Apr. 11, 2013) to H free of charge at the house of Chuncheon-si, G apartment 110 Dong-si, H, 1703 (former Public Trial, Apr. 11, 2013).

4. Around December 2012, the Defendant smoked marijuana smoking in a way that, around 16:00 on the first day of December 2012, 201, around 16:00, the 0.3g of marijuana as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) was attached to a tobacco paper to a tobacco paper, and smoked in the vicinity of the J Park in Chuncheon-si I.

5. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant smoking marijuana around January 1, 2013, at around 12:00, smoked in a way that smokes by attaching approximately 0.3gg of marijuana as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), on a L bridge located in the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Gangwon-gun.
