A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered wild marijuana in the Hemna, in the vicinity of the franchisian cancer in the Ampik Gam-Ampim Gammpim Gammpi, during the mid-term period of October 2012; (b) collected approximately 1.5gs of the hemp net; and (c) stored marijuana in the book of the “E” office located in the Bmnae-Eup during the Bmnamb during the mid-term period of February 2013.

B. Around October 2012, the Defendant smoked marijuana smoking on October 2012, 201 by attaching approximately 0.5g of marijuana to a tobacco paper on the front day of the said “E” office, along with a smoke to a tobacco paper.

C. Around January 2013, the Defendant smoked 0.5 g of marijuana in the following G Y, which was located in Gyeonggi F, on January 1, 2013.

On February 2013, the Defendant smoked about 0.5g of marijuana at the front of the above “E” office at around 20:00 on the first day of February 2013, 2013.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 12, 2013, the Defendant received philophones on February 12, 2013: (a) around 16:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in the transparent vinyl Sheet from J on the street in the north-west of the I Station H in Gyeonggi-gu H, G, and received philophones without compensation.

B. On February 12, 2013, the Defendant, on February 12, 2013, administered phiphones in a way of inserting approximately 0.05g phiphones into paper cupped cups and mixing them with beer, around 17:00 on February 12, 2013.

C. On February 13, 2013, the Defendant administered 0.05 g of phiphonephones in a temporary office at construction site located in Gyeonggi-gun Gam-gun, around 10:00 on February 13, 2013.
