A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 14, 2014, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s cab, who was a C-cab passenger of the Defendant, at around 18:30 on August 14, 2014, without following necessary procedures such as returning the victim’s 700,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, which was set down by the victim while getting down from the response ginseng distance in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and 73,000 won of cash in the victim’s name, 1 copy of the victim’s Samsung Card, 6,55,000 won of the victim’s E-credit card, and 6,57,000 won of the victim’s new global product right, 8,57,000 won of the victim’s new global film film right, and 1 copy of the CGV film film right.
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On August 15, 2014, at around 03:48, the Defendant ordered 100,000 won at the main point of “G” located in “G” located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and ordered 6 times of having an employee enter into sales slips by presenting E’s credit cards acquired as described in the foregoing paragraph 1., and then used the lost credit cards by signing and delivering at will, on that date, the Defendant used the sales slips.

3. Fraud;
