A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 2, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment due to indecent act by force at the Incheon District Court on November 2, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gesung Vocational Training Prison on February 2, 2013.

1. Around 16:00 on December 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C to take aboard the victim C-cab located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu and pay taxi charges; (b) that the Defendant would have been engaged in driving the victim C-cab and pay the taxi charges; and (c) that the Defendant would have been engaged in the Suwon-gu transfer-dong 953-11 located in Suwon-si.
However, even if the defendant uses a taxi, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the fee.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim and using the taxi, did not pay 55,000 won of the fee, thereby taking property benefits equivalent to the amount of the fee.
2. On December 9, 2013, around 19:30, the Defendant ordered the Victim E to pay the amount, even though he/she was provided with factual alcohol and alcohol in the “G” in the operation of the Victim E located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant did not intend or have the ability to pay the amount. However, the Defendant ordered the Victim E to pay the amount normally.
