A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, around 22:00 on October 20, 2012, entered Korea with F at No. 4 “E” operated by the victim D in Boan-gu, Boan-gu, Boan-gu, Annyang-si, and ordered the payment of the payment, even if he/she orders the payment, he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the payment. 4. The Defendant, around 00:05 on March 30, 2013, used an O taxi driven by a victim N from around 36, 2013, to the above place, around 03:30 on the same day, via the Echeon Terminal and the Gyeonggi Yang-si Station located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si. In fact, the Defendant appears to have the intention or ability to settle the taxi even though he did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi expenses, etc.
