Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2019, at around 02:50 on June 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, having one wallet in an amount equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession, which includes a credit card, etc. in the victim D, which was in meals at the next table B, while taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim D, was neglected; and (b) committed theft.
2. On September 4, 2019, at around 02:00 on September 4, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim F, having one microphone amounting to KRW 125,00 in the market price owned by the victim on the main table table, from the G point of the victim F management in Jinju-si, Jinju-si.
3. On September 12, 2019, at around 03:20 on September 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had no intent or ability to pay the price, etc. to the victim despite having received alcoholic beverages, etc. and services from the victim; (b) by deceiving the victim as if he/she would pay the price to the victim; and (c) obtained property and property gains equivalent to KRW 200,000,00 in total, by being provided with singing services equivalent to KRW 40,000 from the victim.

On September 13, 2019, at around 23:00 on September 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one NN-Mo Credit Card in the name of Hyundai Credit Card, which the victim was under custody of, and one copy of the Nonghyup Credit Card, and one Nonghyup Credit Card, which had been under custody of, the victim while making a drinking by going in company with the victim M of the victim, who was in company with the victim M of the victim, who was in company with the victim’s crepit in the toilet.
5. On September 14, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 03:06, on September 14, 2019, received alcoholic beverages, etc. equivalent to KRW 230,00 from the victim at the P points of the victim’s operation in Jinju-si (O); and (b) presented a stolen modern credit card as if the Defendant was a legitimate licensee.
