Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.

On April 1, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of April 1, 2019, when the victim came to fall in front of the above “G” restaurant on April 1, 2019, the victim went into a crypt by using the cresh in which he completed his business and went into a cryp, and then came to have a total of 18,000 won owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's structure at night.

1. Crimes related to the physical card of H community credit cooperatives under the name thereof;

A. On September 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained one physical card from the victim H in the name of the victim owned by the victim who was lost at J University (J University) near J University (I on September 12, 2019; (b) but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that he/she had, on his/her own view, lost.

B. The Defendant, who violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, is in Jinju-si around September 1, 2019.
