Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, B, and C’s co-offenders are drivers of the Victim (State)G located in Busan High-gu; Defendant B is the ex-factory leader in charge of the shipment of the company’s products; Defendant C is a person carrying an individual cargo transport using H 4.5 tons of cargo vehicles.
When the Defendants came to know that the present status of steel shipment and inventory in the factory of the above company is not accurately understood, they would like to deduct the steel plate owned by the above company from the steel plate using a large number of employees working on Sundays hours and sell them on the water and divide the price.
At around 10:00 on May 5, 201, the Defendants, following the above public offering, carried other employees who worked at the company on Sundays and moved to the second floor restaurant in the company, and carried out the factory. Defendant A was loaded with steel equivalent to 10,600 km in the factory by driving a cre in the cre in which there is no other employee in the factory and loaded in the factory, and Defendant C was loaded on the side of the back-to-date wall in the factory, and Defendant C was loaded onto the cargo vehicle driven by Defendant C. around 12:00 on May 5, 201, the Defendant, at the above “J” around 12:360,00, is equivalent to KRW 6,360,000, at the market price of the victim (state) owner of the G, who was stolen by C as set forth in paragraph (1).
