Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, while working in F Co., Ltd. operated by the victim E in Singing-si, agreed to sell them on the water and distribute the proceeds therefrom whenever defective products occur during the ordinary work.
