A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months for a crime of No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, and imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months.

On March 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
