1. The reasons for the court's explanation of this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the addition of the statements in Gap 6 or Gap 10 evidence (including a serial number, if any) by means of insufficient or rejected evidence concerning the plaintiff's assertion that the defendant acquired by deceiving the plaintiff 30 million won, by deceiving the plaintiff, and thereby, it is identical to the part of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it shall be quoted as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article

2. If so, the judgment of the first instance, which dismissed the plaintiff's claim, is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
