A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven a car with two-lanes depending on two-lanes in the east-dong room from the east-dong room to the west-dong room, without obtaining a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108%.

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% during the blood transfusion of the above day, and without obtaining a driver’s license, driving a motor vehicle at a level of about 7 km from the Do in front of the restaurant in the Gu-U.S. Si-S., to the place of the accident from the Do in front of the restaurant in the Gu-U.S., Gosi-Eup.
