A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding 4.5 million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2016, the Defendant driven a car at approximately 2 km from the intersection of the law school in the Gyeonggi-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the road in front of 281 at the same time, from July 24, 2016, without obtaining a driver's license for a car at around 16:50 on July 24, 2016.

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 2448, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on August 17, 2017:15, driven a B-hand car in the section of about 300 meters from the date front of the modern mother in the Gyeonggi-si-si, Gyeonggi-do to the roads front of the Haak-dong model.

On August 18, 2016, the Defendant 2016, 3019, driving a car with B, from approximately 100 meters away from the front side of the 16:50-year-long-long-distance in the Republic of Korea to the front side of the 2373-long-distance in the Republic of Korea, the front side of the 100-year-long-long-distance in the Republic of Korea, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle.
