A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle 12 km from the front of the Defendant’s residence in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Hocheon-gun to the front of the Gyeongcheon-gun, Dongcheon-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license on around 01:04 on July 1, 2018, while under the influence of 0.211% of alcohol during blood, to the front of the road in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Dongcheon-gun.

1. On February 24, 2018, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a knife car with a alcohol level of about 10km from the Defendant’s home located in the North North Korean territory C to the “F Mart” front of the “F Mart” located in the North Korean territory E in the North North Korean territory, around 23:40 on February 24, 2018, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of a D low-priced car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car without mandatory insurance at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.
