Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 22, 2016 to April 27, 2016, was under suspension of the driver’s license. However, on April 23, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bra car from around 1 km to the front road of the new East-dong apartment located in Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-si around 03:30 on April 23, 2016 to the industrial bank located in the same Dong.
