Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from May 2, 2016 to May 26, 2016, was under suspension of the validity of a driver’s license. However, on May 24, 2016, around 14:00, the Defendant driven a 34.5 tons truck in the section of approximately 10 meters of the road front of the Central church, which is located on the 13-lane Dong-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on May 24, 2016.
