Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From December 6, 2015 to January 14, 2016, the Defendant, even though the validity of the driver’s license was suspended, was driving a driver’s license with Cgallon in the section of about 3km from the front of the new steel origin distance in the new steel origin principle, which is located in the new steel scrap principle of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the upper Samsung-ri road in the same Eup/Myeon, around 10:10 on January 9, 2016.
