Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:05 on July 12, 201, the Defendant driven a 150-meter driver’s license to the entrance of the village amusement park located in the same Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, in front of the restaurant, “voluntary” in the B Do-dong, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.084% of blood alcohol content.
