Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2013, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from the front day of the guyke restaurant in the Daegu Dong-gu to the front day of the entrance of the village amusement park located in the same Dong-gu, Daegu Dong-gu, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.13% of blood alcohol concentration.
