Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, this judgment is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “D” from Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s 1st floor.

No one shall perform any act of engaging in sexual traffic, arranging sexual traffic, etc. with many and unspecified persons by giving or receiving, or promising to give or receive money, valuables or other property benefits.

Nevertheless, on August 14, 2014, from around 15:40 to 17:00, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 90,000, which was found as a customer to engage in sexual traffic in the said business; and (b) ordered F, female employees to scam the E’s sexual organ as a hand; and (c) assisted the act of comparison in return for money from customers from around August 1, 2014 to the 14th day of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B and Defendant A’s co-principal committed the crime described in paragraph (1) and transferred the above sexual traffic establishment to Defendant B, and Defendant B, upon taking over the above establishment, had Defendant A employed Defendant A as the head of the business office, changed the trade name of the above establishment to “G” and had the business office, and had the intent to continue the business of arranging sexual traffic.

From September 30, 2014 to December 23:30, 2014, the Defendants received money from many unspecified male customers who had found the said business establishment from the said “G,” and arranged female employees H, I, and J to have male guests make a sexual intercourse.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
