A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant forged documents in the name of the Defendant’s wife E in order to receive money from C in a situation where the Defendant was invested in KRW 75 million in the “D” company operated by the Defendant, etc., and promised to sell and purchase the Defendant’s wife E apartment F apartment 1301,000,000 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) in the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Cheong-si, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-gu, the Cheong-gu, the Defendant,

1. Crimes committed on February 2013;

A. On February 18, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the H office of the law office located in Heung-gu, Seo-gu; (b) without the consent of E, the Defendant had an employee in the name of the said office, without the consent of E, prepare and output a copy of the “sale reservation document” with the contractor E, and the purchaser C; and (c) held in advance on the name of the buyer E.

E’s seal has been affixed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the reservation certificate in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant, at the time of the instant investigation document, had a staff member under the name of H of the said law office, who was infinite-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, submit to C a provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer of the instant real estate and the employee under the name of the said court who was unaware of the fact, as described in the foregoing A, a falsified E’s pre-sale certificate was duly prepared.

In this respect, the defendant exercised a forged E's pre-sale promise certificate.

2. Crimes committed on May 9, 2014;

A. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the H office of the law office located in Heung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) without the consent of E, the Defendant had an employee under the name of the said office work, without the consent of E, use the computer, to E and C complete reservation to sell and purchase the instant real estate from March 1, 2014 to March 1, 2015.
