A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On November 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months with prison labor for a crime of bodily injury resulting from forced indecent act in the military support of the Jeonju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 10, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1.
