A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:20 on January 21, 2016, the victim E (E, South and 69 years of age) who was aware of usual knowledge in the D District near the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D District, was bread to pay city expenses under the influence of alcohol; and (b) when the victim’s face is bread by drinking and so on, the Defendant was able to take care of about four weeks, and performed internal frameworks.
