A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:30 on June 16, 2016, the Defendant continued to read the statement about the details of the report to the Defendant’s living woman F (the age of 43) who was the 112 reporter, who was dispatched after receiving the report 112 report at the Seoul Jung-gu B Branch, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) followed the Defendant’s chest part of D’s chest at one time, and (b) followed the Defendant’s hand, “I am slick, I am slick, I am slick”; and (c) maintained the Defendant’s shoulder part by hand, “I am slick, I am slick, I will am dead,” and (d) followed the Defendant’s shoulder part once.
