A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one who violates the thief and Automobile Management Act shall attach a seal on the registration number plate of a motor vehicle to which the Mayor/Do Governor has affixed as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, except as otherwise provided for in the relevant

Nevertheless, around 15:00 on April 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in front of D gas stations located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Victim E, who was parked therein, owned by the victim E, and carried out one plate of the registration number plate in front of the G carn vehicle possessed by the victim F.

As a result, the Defendant stolen one car registration number plate owned by the victim, and the Mayor/Do governor removed the car registration number plate sealed by the Mayor/Do governor as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.

2. The Defendant illegally used air defense, at the same time and place as the description in paragraph 1, was removed in the same manner as the description in paragraph 1, and the car registration number plate that was removed by the method as the description in paragraph 1, was placed in front of the Lone Star vehicle managed by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used the car registration number plate in air for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, operated a 500-meter section from the Defendant’s dwelling to the sand-resistant market in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, with the registration number plate attached as prescribed in paragraph (2) from the distance of about 500 meters to the sand-resistant market.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the above car registration number plate, which is the air hosing that was illegally used.
