1. 피해자 B에 대한 특수상해 피고인은 2019. 3. 8. 05:16경 서울 광진구 C 앞길에서, `사람을 다 찔러 죽여 혼자 살아남아 세상의 왕이 되자. 전 세계에서 유일한 악마가 되면 세상을 지배할 수 있다.`는 망상에 사로잡혀, 피고인의 집에 있던 위험한 물건인 부엌칼(전체 길이 34cm, 칼날 길이: 21cm)과 가위(전체길이 22cm, 가위날 길이 11.5cm), 목검(길이 55cm)을 준비하여, 불특정 사람에게 위해를 가할 목적으로 그 대상을 물색하던 중 피해자 B(29세)이 여자 친구와 함께 걸어오는 것을 보고, 둘 사이가 좋아 보이는 것에 질투심이 생겨 피해자에게 접근하여 “둘이 사이가 좋아 보인다. 살고 싶냐, 죽고 싶냐 군대는 다녀왔느냐 여자 친구냐 ”라고 말하던 중 오른손으로 피해자의 멱살을 붙잡고, 왼손에 쥔 부엌칼을 피해자를 향해 치켜들어 찌를 듯히 피해자를 위협하다가 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 부엌칼을 쥔 피고인의 왼손을 붙잡아 뿌리치려 하자, 부엌칼을 쥐고 있는 왼손을 뒤로 잡아 빼면서 부엌칼로 피해자의 왼손 약지와 새끼손가락을 베었다.
