A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

A. A. Around 18:20 on July 20, 2018, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) while drinking alcohol together with the victim D (n, 5 years of age) who was a female living together at the Defendant’s house, and drinking alcohol at the Defendant’s house, on the ground that the victim was not well aware of his/her own horse, he/she brought the family, which is a dangerous object of drinking on the bank; and (b) brought the victim with the victim’s right-hand 7cm by the right-hand side, the right-hand side of the victim.

B. Around 00:15 on July 21, 2018, the Defendant used dangerous objects, such as 00:15, in the foregoing place, when taking a booming bath for the victim who had been performing a felling operation at the hospital, and returned to the hospital, and used the victim’s eye to take three times for drinking the victim’s hair with his left hand, knife the victim’s hair, knife the victim’s hair, knife the victim’s hair, knife the victim’s hair, and g-8 knife the victim’s head knife with his knife.

2. 2018고단4926 피고인은 2018. 10. 27. 21:40경 대구 남구 B, C에서 동거녀인 피해자 D(여, 56세)와 술을 마시다가 피해자가 다른 남자와 외도를 하였다고 의심하고, 그곳 식탁 위에 있던 위험한 물건인 쇠젓가락(전체 길이 약 23cm)을 오른손에 들고 쇠젓가락의 뾰족한 부분을 피해자의 목에 겨누면서 “야 이 씨발년아, 니 그 새끼하고 잠자리 했는거 알고 있는데, 자꾸 거짓말 할래, 이 젓가락으로 3초면 죽일 수 있다”고 말하며 왼손 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 머리 부위를 10회 가량 때리고, 그곳 식탁 위에 있던 위험한 물건인 주방용 가위(전체 길이 약 22cm)를 손에 들고 피해자의 왼손을 잡아당겨 피해자의 왼손 손바닥을 1회 찔러 피해자에게 약 3주간의 치료가 필요한 좌측 손의 열상 등을 가하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
