The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. Summary of the judgment of the court below 1) A summary of the facts charged and the Defendant and the victim (the age of 18 at the time of committing the crime) came to death with a middle school alumni relationship, and the period from January 2, 2013 to February 2 (the period was prior to the promotion in the third year of high school).
(2) The lower court found the Defendant guilty of imprisonment with prison labor for three years, 40 hours, sexual assault program, and employment restriction order for three years, on March 2013. (2) The lower court found the Defendant guilty of a summary of the lower judgment, and ordered the Defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for three years, 3 years, 40 hours, and 3 years. (3) On May 20, 2013, the lower court convicted the Defendant of the charge.
B. The summary of the grounds for appeal (Defendant 1) is as follows: (a) the Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the facts charged, has a sexual intercourse with the victim at the same time and place as indicated in the facts charged (hereinafter for convenience, referred to as “sexual intercourse between March and March”; and (b) the above term “sexual intercourse between May
However, the defendant asserts that the place where a sexual intercourse was made in March is not "the apartment stairs of the defendant's house," as shown in the facts charged, but "the defendant's house room inside the defendant's house." There was no threat to the victim while driving the "sexually related video spread", and the sexual intercourse was made between the defendant and the victim's sexual relationship between the defendant and the victim's sexual relationship between the front and the second and the second around May.
