A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From October 201 to November 201, the Defendant permitted the Defendant to photograph a dynamic image from the victim B (the age of 23) at the cross-com terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul to take advantage of the Defendant’s mobile phone camera function, and kept a dynamic image with the victim, the Defendant requested the victim to delete the above sexually related video. However, at that time, the Defendant copied and stored the said video image at the computer body installed at the Defendant’s home located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and then distributed it to the Internet site, “Hisk.com,” which is against the victim’s will, the Defendant distributed it to the victim’s sexually related dynamic image 2 at the victim’s home, with the victim’s name downloaded and distributed it to D site as “as soon as possible, as good as good as good as good in body and good.”
2. From April 10, 201 to around 20.20, the Defendant: (a) attached the Defendant’s mobile phone on the cremation unit and carried out the functions of the camera screen image using the crepits in which women who suffered damage to their names in the “F” room located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) taken a screen image of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim.
3. On August 201, the Defendant, on the first and second day, taken a dynamic image of the victim’s sexual intercourse with a female who was sexually damaged by his name at the “H” room located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, and in the same manner as the above 2, taken a dynamic image of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim.
4. On August 201, 201, the Defendant, at the “J” hotel I located in Young-si, Young-si, the first half of the year, had a sexual intercourse with a female who has suffered from an influenite’s name in the age club with a female who has suffered from an influent female, and taken a screen image of the sexual intercourse with the victim in accordance with the foregoing paragraph 2.
5. The Defendant is “L” located in K in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the end of December, 2011.
