Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On April 17, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment and one year of imprisonment to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on February 21, 2009. On May 17, 2012, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 17, 2012.
No person who manufactures, processes, imports, or sells functional health foods of "2013 Highest 8644" shall use raw materials used only for medicines, manufacture functional health foods with the same or similar content as those of medicines, or import, sell, or display such functional health foods.
1. On June 20, 201, the Defendant committed the crime of conspiracy with C, D, etc.: (a) around the operation of “F Ma” with “C,” etc., a seller of “G,” and (b) as the president; (c) as the president, the Defendant shared the role of purchasing and operating G; and (d) having borne the role of taking charge of elbter education and G sales.
Accordingly, around June 20, 201, in collusion with C, etc., the Defendant sold 200,000 won of “G” products containing “I” and “G” products containing “I” (average average of 2,500 won per political party) as indicated in the attached Table 1, from around that time until October 31, 2011, and sold 39,043,000 won in total, as shown in the attached Table 1, in collusion with C, etc.
As a result, the Defendant conspired with C, etc. to sell health functional foods using lives, lives, and lives.
2. The Defendant’s sole crime committed around December 7, 201, the Defendant sold to K an amount equivalent to KRW 1,100,000 for “G” products containing “Ilman” and “Ilman”, which are components for pre-divating and treating pre-divating drugs in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and around that time, from around March 15, 201 to around March 15, 2012, as indicated in attached Table 2, totaling KRW 13,06,00 for 11 times.
