A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

No person who manufactures, processes, imports, or sells functional health foods shall use raw materials used only for medicines, manufacture functional health foods whose mixing, mixing, or content is the same as or similar to medicines, or import, sell, or display such functional health foods.

1. 2. Defendant A and Defendant B’s criminal act of public offering with H from June 20, 201 to April 30, 2013, Defendant A operated “K,” which is a seller of “F,” while Defendant A and Defendant B serving as the head of the office from June 20, 201 to October 2011.

On June 20, 201, the Defendants conspired with H, T, L, M, N,O, and P, sold 200,000 won of the “F” product containing the pre-divation and predivation and treatment ingredients at the above place (average average of 2,500 won) and sold to Q from around that time until April 30, 2013 (Provided, That from December 31, 2011, Defendant B sold a total of KRW 118,62,00 won, as indicated in attached Table 3).

As a result, the Defendants conspired to sell functional health foods using lives, lives and lives, which are pharmaceutical products.
