Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and a fine of 4,000,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2020, the Defendant conspiredd to engage in insurance fraud by intentionally providing insurance money from an insurance company by intentionally making a traffic accident with B, and the Defendant served as a general direction by providing a vehicle and informing the method of committing a crime, and B, by operating a vehicle, intended to intentionally cause an accident and seek personal information of a person who will be on board the actual vehicle and a person who will be on board the false vehicle.

1. Violation of a special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud;

A. On February 28, 2020, around 10:00, the crime Category B operated a motor vehicle of 3, D, and E-Wn-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

On the same day, the Defendant: (a) had the operator of Muss Mas Mas Mas Mas Mas Mas Ha receive an accident with a private person I (state); and (b) had the damaged insurance company receive insurance proceeds from the actual traffic accident to April 2, 2020; and (c) received insurance proceeds of KRW 7,287,620 in total from the damaged insurance company to the driver and passenger under the name of mutual agreement and treatment expenses; and (d) from that time, until April 5, 2020, the Defendant received KRW 11,265,210 in total on 33 occasions, as indicated in attached Table 1-9, 11-28, 35-39, and 42 from that time to April 5, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired insurance money by insurance fraud in collusion with B, passenger, and false passenger.

B. On April 3, 2020, the Defendant found a Li 30 car to turn to the left at the first line from the second line on the left turn at the same two-lane left turn at the intersection of the 1,2-lanes of the 1, and attempted to turn to the second line, and intentionally found the right side of the said i30 car at the front line of the said 14:20 vehicle.
