A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 5350]
1. A larceny: (a) around 18:50 on August 9, 2019, at the D points managed by the victim C in the Geum-gu Busan Simb, Busan, the Defendant: (b) stolen, using a gap in surveillance of the victim, one thief at the market price equivalent to KRW 7,800 on the display stand, resulting in theft of KRW 79,200 on five occasions in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1 on the same day.
2. Night building thief;
A. At around 02:00 to 03:00 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked back door in G carbook operated by the victim F of the victim F in Geum-gu, Busan, and intruded into the room; and (b) cut off two in the market price, the market price of which is equivalent to one million won at the market price of the goods received under the Karopo, and three in 100,000 won at the port price.
