A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 16, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on August 22, 2018.

1. At around 11:30 on December 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen rubber straws equivalent to KRW 20,000 at the market price owned by the victim, which was located there, by using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim C was neglected; (b) around 11:30 on December 26, 201.
2. On December 30, 2018, around 12:26, the Defendant: (a) cut off a 1 set of the adjacent to the “Ecafeteria” set forth in D, Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) the victim F set up a 60,000 slick site at the market price, which was set up by the victim F, to be set up.
3. 1. At around 10:30 on December 24, 2018, the Defendant discovered one fluor of plastic material and one spactor on the market price in which the victim I was located at a H hospital located in Namyang-si G, Namyang-si, and caused theft by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
2. At around 13:30 on the same day, the Defendant discovered a victim K-owned car at a separate collection site of J apartment in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and caused theft by using any gaps in the market price.

1.
