Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around March 5, 2009 to March 5, 2013, the Defendant was obligated to provide hygiene education to the head of the Dong-si AD branch, an incorporated association, and beauty art business owners of B-do branch, and to issue a certificate of completion of sanitary education under the name of B-do National Federation Chairperson C.
