B The secretary general of non-legal entities and organizations under the name of “AssociationF of an incorporated association” and the victim’s “Association H”, a legal entity or organization permitted (G) from the former Ministry of Health and Welfare on May 23, 1987, is the person working for the secretary general from August 2006 to February 2009. Defendant A is the person working for the F Association of the said incorporated association established by Defendant B as an employee; Defendant C is the head of the “AssociationF branch of the incorporated association”. The term “H association” is established at a nationwide branch, and is established at the Internet homepage of the incorporated association and its employees under the name of the respective Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the new business owner is entitled to receive sanitary education at the Internet homepage of the incorporated association and its employees from around 10, 201 to around 21, and the new business owner is entitled to receive education at the Internet homepage of the incorporated association and its employees from around 21, 2010 to around 13, 2010.

Accordingly, the above Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's Internet sanitation education by deceptive means.
