A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Jung-gu District Court on November 25, 2004, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on January 1, 2005 at the Jung-gu District Court’s prison on January 1, 2005.

The Defendant jointly committed the crime with C and D decided to import and sell Metectop chographs (one philophone, two philophones, and two philophones), which are native mental medicine in C, D and China, and the Defendant planned and instructed the crime in China, D transportation of philophones from China to Korea, and C delivers the imported philophones to a person ordered by the Defendant, in sequence.

G jointly committed with F, G, and H around February 206 upon the request of H to purchase phiphones through the Defendant, G decided to contact the Defendant in China with the Defendant in China to purchase KRW 100 gramphones at KRW 5 million, and the Defendant and F purchased phiphones from China to import e-mails with the Republic of Korea.

On February 2, 2006, the Defendant purchased approximately 77.1g of phiphonephones from the Chinese Non-Road on February 2, 2006, sealed them in a plastic bag, concealed them in a wooden box, and entered them in the delivery order as “Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I Apartment 107, 2002, J, and K”, and sent them to the vehicle or the next presses international peculiar cargo.
