Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are the insurer who entered into a comprehensive property insurance contract with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation as “Korea Land and Housing Corporation” and with the insurance period “from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017,” and with the “building and facility located in the Republic of Korea” as “building and facility located in the Republic of Korea.” 2) The Defendant is a housing management operator entrusted by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation with affairs, such as housing management of multi-household 1,971 and incidental welfare facilities, etc.
