A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 21:08, at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C (Nam, 38 years of age) located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) without any particular reason, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I will come to her seat.
