A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:40 on October 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report to the effect that he had a singing singing; and (b) received questioning from the victim F, the leader of the patrol patrol team of the Samsan Police Station Emba Police Station called “not allowing the said victim to handle the instant case by receiving money from the outr, not allowing the said victim to handle the instant case; (c) talked with the said victim at a large interest that “the Defendant shall be off the clothes of the sprink, sprinks, and bottles; and (d) sexual fingers of 50 large number of male fingers, etc. reported to him, thereby publicly insulting the victim.

2. Around 00:10, a police officer, who was solicited to return home from the above H, committed an assault, such as selling the neck of the above H by hand, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the guard and defense service, etc. of the police box.

3. On November 2, 2013, at around 04:40, the Defendant interfered with the business, at the “J” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant: (a) provided the said K with the desire to have the employee of the said business establishment who was able to take a bath to return home from the said K, who was taking the bath to the said cafeteria; (b) provided the said K with the desire to take money to the cafeteria; and (c) took money to the cafeteria at the entrance of the cafeteria, and took a bath to the large interest at the cafeteria, and interfered with the victim’s business by force.

4. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (the disturbance of the revocation of the owner of a government office) said, at the police box of Samsan Police Station located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on November 10, 201, the Defendant would want to see the ○○ Sheb, and NA to Lman who was working at that place after drinking alcohol.
