A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2019, the Defendant was aware of the victim B (math, 70 years of age), and on November 10, 2019, the Defendant committed suicide with the victim who was aware of his intention to commit suicide from his mind that the Defendant would commit suicide.

At around 13:00 on November 10, 2019, the Defendant purchased three balls in Jinju-si Dart and three small 2 diseases in Jinju-si, and had the Defendant’s residence inside the Defendant in Jin-si E and talked with the victim about drinking alcohol. On the same day, at around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was placed on the same day and prepared a note to the victim, and “Ikman-si,” and (b) was placed on the place, on the same day, on the part of the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant: (c) purchased three balls, as above, purchased at the above residential marina; and (d) caused the victim’s death from the poisoning’s poisoning addiction.

As a result, the Defendant, along with the victim, distorted the way to commit suicide, prepared suicide tools, and aided and abetted the suicide of the victim by facilitating the suicide of the victim.
