A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed suicide with the victim C (the age of 54) while leaving a person to commit suicide through the SNS “SNSB app on the ground of Maglman’s depression, etc. on March 2018.

On March 20, 2018, the Defendant purchased necessary bombs, tins, and transparent tapes to commit suicide in the vicinity of the victim's residence located in the Ulsan-gu Dump E, Ulsan-gu, and entered the victim's residence.
