A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2015, at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si C and B 102, the Defendant attempted to commit suicide with D(33 years of age) and D(33) that met or came to know at the former Internet suicide-related site, and committed suicide with D(33 years of age). The Defendant’s place of suicide was to use the Defendant’s house, and D(D) that resides in Daegu-si, purchased carbon, small, and Cheong tape, etc. at the same time, and attempted to commit suicide with the Defendant’s house using it as a means of drinking off and exempted from it.

On December 23, 2015, around 14:42, the Defendant: (a) moved D from the Suwon bus terminal, which was instigates the right line at Suwon-si, to the neighboring area of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and purchased preparations necessary for suicide in marina, gas station, etc.

At around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant entered a toilet together with Suwon-si C and B02, Suwon-si C and B02, sent the door to lock, and attached a Cheong tape on the inside of the toilet, and attempted to commit suicide by dividing the strokes by 10 to 10 notice each, along with the strokes. However, the Defendant sought food and put the above place.

As a result, the defendant assisted the suicide of D such as providing a place to enable D to commit suicide.
