A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 1.50,00 to a person who was unable to know his/her name at the Internet narcotic sales site on a fluoral medicine 4- fluoral and fluoral drug; and (b) purchased a fluoral medicine 4- fluoral and fluoral medicine.

2. Purchasing, smoking, or possessing marijuana;
A. On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant received approximately KRW 200,00 and approximately 1g of the hemp plant around the D Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, with a male whose name is unknown.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.
B. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant injected the fluoral dynasium E 302, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, containing the flusium’s flusium in alkin on the Aminium.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

On January 15, 2016, the Defendant parked in the underground parking lot of the place specified in the preceding port prior to the departure of the hemp plant and inhaled the hemp plant by putting it in pipes.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
(d)
On January 21, 2016, the Defendant kept a kitchen in front of the G post office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, while placing it in his own car, and stored approximately 0.23g of hemp in it.
Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana.
