A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Purchase and medication of phiphones;
A. On January 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related campers (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) transferred KRW 2.50,00 to his/her designated account; and (c) received from Kwikset Services the volume of philopon.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
B. Around January 25, 2016, the Defendant drankly from the first floor toilet of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G building by dilution of the philophone into the singice.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
2. Purchasing, importing, or smoking marijuana;
A. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant received approximately three grams of hemp from a Vietnamese, whose name is not known, and provided 30,000 won in Korean Won to him, on the roads of “I” hotel located in Hano-si H in the Vietnamese City.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.
B. At the time and time stated in the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant inhaled, at the guest room in the above "I" hotel, the marith of hemp with the marith of the marith in the paper.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
C. Around April 2, 2016, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 2851 Incheon International Airport: (a) stored non-smoking residues in the hemp plant purchased as specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) in the tobacco lock.
Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana. D.
On June 10, 2016, the Defendant injected the hemps by inserting it into the pet disease (Evidence No. 4) and attaching a fire at his own residence located in the J building 120-dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 1502.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
