A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been in charge of the transmission of human resources, etc. from Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Victim B (State)C.

Although the Defendant did not supply the figures managed by C at the construction site and had them work on the construction site, the Defendant forged the “work confirmation receipt (hereinafter “work confirmation receipt”)” (hereinafter “the work confirmation receipt”) as if he supplied the figures to the construction site and had them work on the construction site, and received from the victim company the amount equivalent to the wages of the persons indicated in the above receipt as a work worker and received from the victim company for personal use.

1. Crimes related to the field of DD Construction E;

A. On November 1, 2009, the Defendant of a private document forgery: (a) at the office of the above (State) C around November 1, 2009; (b) there was no fact that the Defendant supplied the seal to the “D Construction E site”; (c) in the column of the person in charge of the work confirmation receipt, the Defendant forged a copy of the above S’s work confirmation receipt in the column of “A”, “A”, “Date 1, 2009”, and “G, H, I, J, K, L, M,O, P, Q, and R”; and (d) as if the Defendant confirmed the above work confirmation receipt, the Defendant forged a copy of the above S’s work confirmation receipt in the “S”’s signature column.

In addition, from that time until November 15, 2009, the Defendant forged 12 copies of the receipt for confirmation of work in the name of the above S throughout a total of 12 times, such as the entry in the list of crimes in attached Table 1-1.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the above S’s receipt for verifying the work under the name of the above S, which is a private document on the proof of facts as above.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) above, issued a receipt for verifying the forged work as if the 12th head of the receipt were genuine.

The Defendant entered the aforementioned D Construction E site by 12 persons, such as G, etc., at the time and place described in the above paragraph (a) and at the same time, as stated in the above paragraph.
