A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victim C;

A. On January 26, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document under the name of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Construction Site, stating “A, E, F, G, H, I, and J” in the column of the list of gold-day workers under the title of “work confirmation receipt” for the purpose of uttering, and forging a copy of the above K’s receipt of work confirmation, which is a private document related to the certification, in the manner of stating “K” in the column of the field work confirmation person’s column, and forging the same year from that point of time.

3. From the date of March, 13, a total of 42 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1), a total of 43 copies of the above K’s work confirmation receipt, which is a private document regarding the certification of facts by the above means, were forged.

B. On January 26, 2011, at the office of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C&A, the Defendant: (a) submitted a receipt of confirmation of the work under the above K’s above forged name to the company’s employee’s name and weak person as if they were genuine; and (b) thereafter, from that point of view, the Defendant used it.

3. From the date of March, 13, a total of 43 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1), the above K’s receipt for verifying work in the name of the above K, which is a private document regarding the certificate of fact forged by the above method, was exercised.

C. Around January 26, 2011, the Defendant stated that “Around January 26, 2011, the Defendant would pay back 10% of the construction cost to L, who works for the said victim’s office, by paying in advance the daily daily the daily allowance of the team members going to the construction site and going to the construction site, to L, who is working for the said company.”

However, in the process of performing the steel construction, the defendant submitted a forged receipt as above without any construction cost, and borrowed money from the victim by deceiving the victim, and borrowed money from the victim than the construction cost to be received from the above D.
