A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of it while performing construction works to remove buildings located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun;

D Using the personal information of D, the F, an operator of the building waste disposal business, entered into a contract with F, an operator of the building waste disposal business, under the name of D, to entrust waste disposal of the building waste removal business, and D, the competent authority of the building demolition business, was the Gun Office granting the authority of the building demolition construction, to report the building waste disposal business as if it were entrusted to the said E.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On April 6, 2012, the Defendant, at the E Office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the E Office: (a) laid down a paper stating D’s personal information prepared in advance, to the above F; (b) made the aforementioned F enter “D”, “H.”, “H.”; and (c) in the address column, “the house removal” in the official mission column, “12.09 to December 30, 12.04; (d) entered “waste concrete” in the waste disposal column, “50 tons” in the waste discharge volume column, “E” in the waste disposal business column; and (e) output it in advance into the construction waste disposal plan “D” column; and (e) made the aforementioned construction report’s name in advance.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a “construction waste disposal report” in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant continued to prepare and print the “certificate of trust disposal capacity” stating that the F shall be entrusted with the disposal of construction wastes by the computer, and that the F shall be charged with the disposal of the instant construction wastes, and the F shall again enter the F in the name of the trustor, “D,” “H. I,” and “D,” in the name of the truster, “H.,” and “B.,” and “D,” etc. in the name of the truster, and the truster’s representative column were created in advance following D’s name.
