A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime
【2014 Highest 1210】 The Defendant was sentenced to one month and one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court’s branch on December 27, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention Center on July 16, 2012. On October 11, 2013, the Suwon District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Suwon District Court on March 4, 2014, and became final and conclusive.
1. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) received contact from E upon the request of D to request for the issuance of psychotropic drugs Mecopon; (b) sent the Mecopon sales amount of KRW 170,000 from the said account to the deposit account in the name of F Community Credit Cooperatives (G) used by the said E on April 24, 2013; (c) sent KRW 140,000 from the said account to the Agricultural Cooperative (H) deposit account in the name of the Defendant on April 10:35, 2013; and (d) sent KRW 1.4 million from the said account to the Mecopon’s deposit account in the name of the Defendant on April 24, 2013 to the Mecopon; and (d) sent KRW 1.40,000 from the Mecopon to the Mecopon’s name or a similar Mecopon’s name to the Mecopon.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold phiphones to D with introduction of E.
2. On June 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received contact from the above E to request the sale of a phiphone to the said D’s phiphone; (b) transferred KRW 1,100,000 from the said F’s deposit account (G) around 18:40 on June 11, 2013; and (c) transferred KRW 1,100,000 from the said deposit account in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperatives (H) deposit account in the name of the Defendant around 15:58 on June 14, 2013.
Therefore, around June 15, 2013, the Defendant was parked in the Han River parking lot located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around the new wall that reached around June 15, 201, and approximately KRW 1.
