A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 4 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court on December 8, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention Center on April 17, 2012.

2013 Highest 1734

1. On March 1, 2013, upon receipt of a request from C to request for the delivery of a psychotropic drug (hereinafter referred to as “copon”). On March 2, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 10 million with the Busan Livestock Farming Cooperative Deposit Account (D) in the name of the Defendant on March 2, 2013, and received KRW 6 million prior to the cash withdrawal from a company bank located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul, at around 21:55 on the same day, he transferred KRW 6 million to G to a community credit cooperative deposit account (I) in the name of H at around 2:01, and around that time, he received KRW 50g of the remainder from G in the name of H, prior to the cash withdrawal from the said company bank.

On March 3, 2013, the Defendant left 0.1g of the coophones that were parked in the front line of the JJ branch located in Gyeongnam-gun, and transferred the remainder 49.9g to C with the Defendant 0.1g of the coophones in the above coo zone.

As a result, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and G.

2. Around March 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from G to seek additional money from G to C; and (b) C received approximately KRW 10 million from G to the Busan Livestock Farming Cooperative on March 2, 2013; (c) on March 2, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 10 million into the deposit account in the name of Busan Livestock Cooperative; and (d) around March 3, 2013, the Defendant remitted KRW 8 million remaining after subtracting KRW 2 million from said deposit account to G, a national bank account in the name of G, and received approximately 30gh from G on March 5, 2013, around 04:50.

On March 5, 2013, at around 06:00, the Defendant transferred to C an Ocom 201 in Daegu Suwon-gu N.

As a result, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and G.

3. The Defendant is permissible between 01:00 on April 9, 2013 and 02:30 on the same day.
